RETURN POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
SIZING ISSUES
If you received an item that does not match the size guide, please contact us with evidence so we can assist you with the return.
If the size guide was overlooked (each item has its own specific chart), we kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Items marked as non-returnable

These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Return or Exchange an item
Submit your request through the Return Portal above.
1. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside your return package.
2. If exchanging, note the new size or item desired. (Availability is not guaranteed.)
3. Mail your return to the address provided by the portal or email.
4. Once your return is inspected and approved, your replacement will ship at no extra cost, or your refund will be processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
REFUNDS
A tracking number is required for all returned packages. Without tracking, the order cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your return.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Orders purchased using store credit from a previous return are not eligible for a free return.
UNCLAIMED / INCORRECT ADDRESS PARCELS
Parcels returned due to:1. Incorrect or incomplete address
2. Failure to pick up from the local post office
3. Refusal of delivery
will not qualify for free reshipping. The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
PEAK SEASON PROCESSING
During high-volume seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing times for returns and refunds may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.FINAL NOTES
